Namaste, riders!

If you have ever dreamed of the ultimate two-wheeled adventure, Nepal isn’t just a place you visit—it’s a place you feel in your chest. The cold mountain air, the sound of prayer flags fluttering in the wind, and the warmth of a cup of tato chiya (hot tea) after a long day in the saddle that is the magic of Nepal.

At Namaste Motorbike, we believe that a journey this special shouldn’t be copy-pasted. You shouldn’t simply follow someone else’s itinerary. You have every right to get the maximum out of Nepal, which is why we specialise in tailor-made motorcycle tours in Nepal, designed entirely around your preferences.

Here is everything you need to know to build your own private motorcycle tour in Nepal.

1. Route Customisation

Nepal’s geography is wild. Within just a few kilometres, you can drop into lush jungles or climb above the tree line into high-altitude deserts.

We help you map out a route that matches your riding style, experience, and preferred riding hours, while giving you the freedom to explore places off the beaten path.

2. Choosing Your Fleet

The Classic Machine – Royal Enfield Classic 350

For comfortable long-distance cruising, we have the Royal Enfield Classic 350, one of the most popular motorcycles in Nepal thanks to its torque and comfort. If you are riding with a pillion, this could be the perfect bike for mostly asphalt routes like Mustang.

The Himalayan Family – Himalayan 450, 411, 440 & Scram

The older Himalayan 411 was widely used for touring in Nepal. From 2024 onwards, we also offer the new Scram 440, Scram 411, and the mighty Himalayan 450, which has become our best-selling motorcycle for 2025 and 2026.

The entire lineup delivers excellent power and capability. While some older Himalayan models were not always known for reliability, we ensure that all our motorcycles are maintained in top-notch condition and ready for adventure.

The Honda Off-Road Machines (CRF250l)

Our pride and joy is the Honda CRF series, arguably the most fun and reliable motorcycles in our fleet. They are best enjoyed as solo machines with proper riding gear and never disappoint—especially when you tour with Namaste Motorbike.

We also offer the Honda XR190L, a compact and lightweight motorcycle often considered the younger sibling of the Honda CRF250L.

3. Your Himalayan Support Team

Support Vehicle

We usually provide a 4×4 support vehicle for luggage transportation and backup assistance. However, you are free to decide whether you want the support vehicle or not.

A support vehicle makes the trip much easier as you don’t need to carry heavy luggage on your bike, and it provides peace of mind if anything happens to you or your motorcycle during the tour.

Mechanics and Guides

A licensed guide is mandatory in Nepal’s restricted areas. You can also customise which days you would like to have a guide.

As for mechanics, it’s entirely up to you. If you have basic mechanical knowledge, you may not need one. But if you prefer to ride stress-free or are travelling in a larger group, having a mechanic along can be extremely helpful. It’s completely optional.

4. Accommodation Style

Accommodation is entirely your choice. In major cities like Kathmandu and Pokhara, you can choose between 3-star, 4-star, or 5-star hotels.

In the upper Himalayan regions, only lodges and tea houses are available, but most offer comfortable rooms, western-style toilets, and warm water for showers.

5. Photography and Cultural Stops

You don’t come to Nepal just to rush from Point A to Point B.

A custom motorcycle tour allows you to stop whenever inspiration strikes. Want to spend an hour capturing a golden sunset over the Annapurna range? Want to stop and chat with a local monk at a remote monastery?

Your schedule remains flexible, and that’s where the real magic happens.

6. The Crucial Rest Days

Riding through high altitudes and challenging terrain takes a toll on the body.

We intentionally build rest days into our itineraries—not just to recover, but to truly experience Nepal. Spend a day paragliding in Pokhara, exploring the lakeside cafés, or simply sitting back and watching the mountains play hide-and-seek with the clouds.

Your Adventure, Your Rules

The beauty of a custom motorcycle tour in Nepal is simple: there is no single right way to do it.

Whether you dream of riding a Royal Enfield through Mustang, exploring remote mountain trails on a Honda CRF, or simply discovering Nepal at your own pace, we are here to build an adventure that feels uniquely yours.

Ride your way. Explore deeper. Experience Nepal with Namaste Motorbike.
