On July 26, 2025, Namaste Motorbike set out on an exhilarating monsoon ride to the famous Phulchowki switchbacks. Riding on our personal Honda CRF250L bikes, we joined fellow adventure enthusiasts from Nayabazar Everest Bikers Nepal (EBN) for a day full of technical challenges and stunning natural beauty.
Our first stop was Godawari, where we grabbed breakfast and prepped ourselves for the ride ahead. The sky was heavy, the air was fresh, and the forested trails were calling. By 9:30 AM, we entered the switchbacks and the real fun began
The ride tested our skills, especially a tricky rock-blocked section that demanded teamwork and careful riding. For adventure lovers, this monsoon trail offers everything: mud, thrills, and lush green views.
Rather than turning back from the top, we opted for the back trail, completing a scenic circuit via Panauti. Somewhere along the route, we came across a massive rock blocking the trail a tricky section that pushed our bikes and our teamwork to the limit. With group support and steady throttle control, we pushed through it, creating a memory we’ll talk about for years.
By 11 AM, we rolled into Manedovan Rainbow Fish Farm for a well-earned lunch break. Their signature fresh fish was just what we needed after a wild first half. We stayed until 1 PM, drying off, rehydrating, and reliving the best trail moments.
